Broadband

Hi, when I log in to try to renew my broadband it’s says I have two accounts to chose from. One says it is cancelled but the other won’t let me say any deals. When I try to clock to see what deals are available it asks me to log in.

Hi @keeva22 I'm really sorry about that, some types of lines aren't compatible with MyBT so deals won't show. We'll be happy to check if this is caused by a fault and I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can send over your details.

In the meantime, if you'd like to discuss renewing your broadband, I'd recommend calling 0800 800 150 and ask to speak with our value team.
