Bt Cloud App Refuses to Syc.

My Bt Cloud App Rrefuses to Syc with BT have reset windows 10 computer to default. Ikon will dissapear in taskbar after 10 seconds. was ok for3 years.  Profile and password OK as I can sign on to Cloud direct but Just the App is a Problem file version 21.4.10.0 downloaded from my BT Cloud atfter I sign on.  Have BT virus protect

Hi @stubby, welcome to the forum, and sorry you are having a problem with the Cloud app.

Would you try uninstalling the app and install it again and let us know if that resolves the issue.

Yes I have done that, after signing on to my Bt Cloud it gives you access to downloading BT Cloud Desktop App after clicking onto to your Name right top corner I deleted the old App first. It done the same Ikon disappears after 10 seconds.
