Bt email app

My bt email app will not download my emails, when I click on any of them I just get a spinning arrow. This has only just happened in the last couple of days, (galaxy s21).

Any suggestions for a fix?

Hi @paul_round,

Thank you for posting on the Community. I'm sorry if you're having problems downloading emails on the BT Email App. 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps? Please can you check if your email works correctly through webmail at www.bt.com/email

Hi, yes, webmail works, will try un/reinstalling app and report back.

Ok, I can confirm an un/reinstall has fixed the problem.
