We have Full Fibre and it appears that the 'benefit' I get is no 'Call Protect' service online and 1572 does not work (the number you have dialled has not been recognised).
Is there anything I'm missing or anything I can do?

Hi @suenic, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Call Protect is available on Digital Voice so have a look at Digital Voice Calling Features and there is a section there on how to use the Call Protect service. Hope this helps.
