What lags? Your posts says "upload speed". 

If YOU are experiencing lags, then that is caused by, amongst many possible problems, download speed/connection!

Read through replies, my download speed is fine. I meant the stream, the stream lags when using above 2-3mb upload speed as my upload speed can't handle it.
