My you view box has all of a sudden stopped connection to the internet. I’ve tried everything to get it back on - even had internet provider out to fix the issue, nothing wrong there! This is the second BT you view box I’ve had that has just packed up, I just can’t understand why! Help!!

Virgin but it’s all working fine - just this box won’t connect, it’s been absolutely fine up until this week, I haven’t a clue why it’s done this!

Have you tried posting on the general YouView forum, as this forum is for BT Retail customers with BT TV?
