I tried to sign-up to a SIM only deal on BT Mobile's website. I wanted a 12 month contract with 4gb of data for £13 per month. I clicked the required buttons and it took me to a page that said

There are no promotions available for this customer to move to. Please advise your customer to call back once they are in their recontracting window
I tried a few times it kept saying this. I also tried with another browser and via my tablet and it still failed.
In the end I had to ring to set up the account - and someone actually answered and set it all up for me, which was a pleasant change from my experience at Asda Mobile who I was leaving!
Anyway, a few days later, today, I've been back and still I'm taken to that message - BT Mobile are going to be losing potential customers if they don't sort this out

Did you already have active service with BT?
I understand from your post that you managed to place the order over the phone. Has your BT Mobile service started yet?

I didn't previously have any BT services
