Please be aware, you are going to be in contact with a very small team and it could take up to 6 days for them to get back to you. That's worst case scenario as they deal with everyone strictly in turn. Hopefully it may be sooner
That said, you will be dealing with one person from start to finish, no need to repeat what you have told them previously they will already know and will stay with you until conclusion.
Best advice? Sit back and wait for one of the mods to get back to you. You will not regret it.
