When my fibre broadband (gfast) was installed about a month ago the data rate was over 311Mbps. Recently it has started to deteriorate. The maximum data rate was 285 on 3/5 and is now down to 271 on 14/5. I did a silent line test and there is some crackling. I have attached the stats from the router and BT wholesale checker. Any suggestions?
Report the noisy line and get the fault fixed.
I phoned support and they said that tests came back negative for any fault on the telephone line
Report it as a phone fault, noisy line.
