Devices by passing access control

I've got a SmartHub Type A running firmware SG4B1000E020 and although the access control works if I disable it for all devices it does not disable for single devices, namely a PS4. Any ideas?

Hi @Joggo, welcome to the forum, and sorry you are having a problem with the Access Controls.

Would you confirm that you are using the web browser for setting up and switching off the controls or if you have the Smart Hub 2 and are using the app?
