Have received the email and letter stating we are going to be switched over to digital. However when trying to get the home phone it says my number is not eligible. So looks like BT gonna leave us with no phone as the hub is nowhere near where I want the phone
Once you have a date for the change you can then usually order via that link. Otherwise you can contact them up in the meantime.
You can order the free digital voice adapter, and put that elsewhere. You plug your existing phone into that.

You need to wait until you have a date for changeover.
Wonder why they don't mention that on the letter. Be a lot easier
