I’m unable to pair my new digital voice handset with the hub. I get as far as pressing the WPS button on the hub for 2 seconds and the handset screen goes blank and nothing further happens. If I then press a button on the handset I’m back to the ‘Register this handset with the hub’ message. I've tried many times and given each attempt several minutes but to no avail. Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Has your Digital Voice service been activated yet, otherwise it will not work?
Try going to hub manager then select phone number which should be blue then register handset
To get to my BT hub I enter its ip address on any web browser. This is 192.168.1.254
It is your hub, put 182.168.1.254 in your browser
