Disconnect-reconnect problem

Connection is constantly disconnecting and then reconnecting. Tried the online diagnostics and they come back clean. I am using an Ethernet connection and have tried two newly bought cables.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

Which BT Home hub are you using?

I don't think it's a line issue. The router doesn't disconnect from the internet. The computer is disconnected from the router.
