Download speeds

Currently on full fibre 100 and just noticed when downloading a file it has not gone above 2MB/sec.  What could be wrong?

Download speeds are affected by the hardware in your device, your connection and also the website may have set a maximum download speed to ensure Quality of Service for all users or they may not have a very fast connection themselves.

Thanks. Yes, downloaded a test file and getting over 100 so must be the web site.
