In tha last few days, my Btemail account will not appear on my iPad or android devices. I have deleted and attempted to reinstate the account on both devices to no avail. The account can be accessed through web mail but won’t connect up through either devices mail app. Any ideas?
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
@Patmbradley welcome to the community and thanks for posting, what errors are you getting on the iPad and Android when setting up the email account?

You need to select plain authentication for SMTP rather than secure authentication. Secure authentication is not required as port 465 uses SSL and is encrypted.
