Email keep logged in - Why doesn't BT email remember my login ?

Every time I log in to email I tick the keep me logged in and it doesn't, also never remembers my log in name, have to type in every time I log in.

Remembering your login details is a browser function, not a BT email function.

Your browser may be set to delete cookies everytime you close the browser. This will delete the cookie that keeps you logged in.

The autofill of email name is OK on everything else but BT!!

I have rechecked and no where in your first post does it say you have been working with computers for 40yrs and were not a beginner nor did you say that the autofill of email name was OK on everything else.  Not being gifted with mind reading powers I was obviously not aware of that but now that I am I'll happily leave you and your 40 years experience to sort it out!!
