I'm having an issue with an LP103 error. None of our devices are connected but we get this message and can’t watch any games.
Our log-in has not been shared so I can't understand why we can't view anything.
Can you possibly check to see if/where my details have been used?

Have you experienced any app crashes on any devices this evening? Or closed browser windows without stopping streams? I can see your account being used from 2 different iPhones, an Xbox, and 3 different web browsers. It can take a few minutes for sessions to reset if not stopped properly.
If these sessions aren't you then it's most likely that your password has been compromised - I recommend you change it straight away.
