Hi there, we currently have BT's Fibre 2 where we can 70MB Download and 20MB Upload. However, for the past 2/3 weeks we just can't get more that around 0.5MB on the Upload. Download is fine.
I've check on Ookla and Google Speed Test and both have similar results.
I've contacted BT who checked the hub remotely and said that we're getting the 70MB Download and 20MB Upload to the router, however that is not coming through on the PC which is connected via a Netgear switcher to the hub.
We've contacted Dell support (who were brilliant) and did a thorough check of the PC and again, found nothing untoward.
PC is only around 8 months old, but when trying the same test on our Mac, we get the same result so we know it's not the PC.
Any help to solve the mystery would be really helpful.

I'm sorry if you're experiencing issues with your upload speed. Have you tried testing the upload speeds with the Netgear switch removed?

Thanks for your response, yes I put a (different) ethernet cable directly from the hub to the PC and get the same reading.
if problem existed for 2/3 weeks then something is uploading as 27gb uploaded in last 5 days hub connected
Yes, we do a lot of HD video content uploads to WeTransfer, but right now nothing is using it.
