Using Wireless

It's both wireless and wired connections. Hub light stays blue but it sometimes takes 30 secs for a wabpage to load.

run btspeedtester and post results  must be done with ethernet connection not wireless

So it took 5 mins for the page to load then the ping shot up to 3500 then everything goes to 0.

Here is one where its worked for a minute or two, gone off again since.

It seems to work for a few seconds then go off for 5 minutes, All with the light staying blue.

what type of master socket do you have

have you tried connecting hub to test socket with a filter to eliminate problems with the master socket?

if you have type 7 have you made sure it is firmly clipped in place as that has been a problem with others

I have number 7. I have reconnected all cables, no change.

so have you now connected to the test socket with a filter to see if that helps by eliminating the master faceplate?
