BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met
I know you're not happy but just having a rant isn't going to allow anyone to help you.
Are you experiencing issues over wireless or ethernet? Bear in mind that wireless speed isn't guaranteed hence the question

I'm not sure of the purpose of your post, if it's to have a rant at BT then you should be aware that this is a public forum and the people on it, with few exceptions are not BT employees. If you want help to diagnose the problem with your connection then say so.
as others have said it all you want is to rant then keep going as your posts are not going to BT
however if you want help from the forum and possibly BT then you need to post some information to help
please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

all speeds quoted by BT are connection speeds not download speeds no ISP guarantees download speed

The guarantee isn't over wireless it's to the point at the hub BT are responsisble for

Its almost like the home hub is plugged into the wrong place, and is being filtered, or the line is disconnected somewhere.
What does your master phone socket look like?
