Hi signed up to bt 150 fibre a couple of months ago and all was good now phone is dead any ideas as bt saying no service faults in area. Cheers

Hi no one has contacted us since fibre install analogue phone was working fine until a few days ago

What does it show against the phone symbol on the home page of the hub manager?

Several ways to check:
1. Go to hub manager, if using the BT Smart Hub, and see if phone status is blue with your number if so you are on Digital Voice - http://192.168.1.254/ is the manager url unless you've changed subnet
2. Go to MyBT and go to Your Products and if the phone card displays the title Digital Voice like below you are on Digital Voice.
3. https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL if you enter you landline number here and says there's no data for the number it's likely you've been moved onto Digital Voice.

I see you are using a Samsung mobile. If you're checking via a mobile the card may not appear. Can you check on a PC or tablet?

So the phone symbol is showing as not configured, so you don't have Digital Voice
Have you actually reported the fault to customer services 0800 800150?
