Hello, I just placed an order for an upgrade from fibre 2 to what I thought was full fibre up to 300mb. But on the order it just says Fibre 250 with Halo 1.
Is this fibre to the premises, I'm presuming it is as VDSL can't go that high but I'm unsure.
Thanks.

Re: Fibre 250 with Halo 1 is this FTTP?
Hi @Crillboy
Thanks for your posts and welcome back.
The Fibre 250 package is indeed full fibre as I see you've found 😀
I have went ahead and marked your second post as the answer to the thread.
All the best,
Robbie

Re: Fibre 250 with Halo 1 is this FTTP?
BT is recommending that I upgrade from my current Fibre 2 to Fibre 250 with Halo 1. However, when I check availability on the BT site I am told that Full Fibre is not available to my address.
Why are they offering the upgrade to a Full Fibre product if I am not eligible?
