I purchased full fibre 100 at the beginning of December for installation on 5th Feb . Since then my order has been cancelled 4 times with various problems that I had to chase up for every time . Every time different excuses is this Normal just to get Internet ? . The worst bit is my date keeps getting pushed out ... who can I complain to ... as it’s not my fault . No one is giving me a proper answer to the problem or a resolution ..

Yes. Have spoken to them on that number many times. Some based at Accrington and some based in Dundee.
