No, they won’t install the CBT as and when people order FTTP.
The CBT’s will be installed and Commissioned prior to people being able to order it.
I’d suggest you find out if said FTTP is BDUK and or Openreach Funded. If it’s BDUK contact your local BDUK and ask if/when it’ll be installed down the Lane you live on.
If it’s just Openreach funded then contact them on their web site.
