Full Fibre 900 upload speeds?

Hi,

I had Full Fibre 900 installed yesterday and while the download speed is 900+mbps, my upload is stuck at 20mbps. I was expecting upload speeds of around 110mbps? I've also been told the speeds can fluctuate for a while after the fibre is installed. Is this true?
