Full fibre issue
I had full fibre 150 installed on Monday, BT has still not sent a router, I have an airport Extreme router, no matter what settings I try nothing works, my line is activated, spoke to support 6 times and still cannot get the router to detect the fibre, "connected no internet"
Can anyone help me out please with what I'm doing wrong

Re: Full fibre issue
You just need to enter the generic PPPoE credentials of username bthomehub@btbroadband.com and password BT.
Are you sure your FTTP has been activated?

Re: Full fibre issue
