Getting Fibre optic

Go to solution

Hello!

Our area has ADSL and has had it for a while now. It’s not suitable for multiple people using it at the same time (for example, online games don’t work when there are others using it).

is there any way to get fibre when it’s not available yet? As in some way to ask them to give us fibre?

thanks!

It is openreach who decide as and when an area will get fibre not BT Retail.

Try here.

Hi @wdeller01,

Thank you for posting.

The link @imjolly is a good place to start, Openreach will be able to tell you if your address is part of their fibre roll plan and when you might expect it to become available.

Thanks,

Paddy
