Recently "upgraded" to Halo 3, with the promise of indestructible WIFI connection and a minimum of 26mbps download.
The reality is there is little improvement, as the WIFI dips out daily, albeit for a few minutes - I see no evidence of the EE pick up, plus speeds regularly drop to under 5 mbps for extended periods.
I have applied for £20 refund, but it is there any other advice to consider before I attempt a call to the help desk and write off 3hours of my life?

Presumably, you have the Halo 3 EE box connected up.
How many bars on the box?
What does the BT Hub manager page give for the connection speed for the EE Box?
