I've tested the connection and the upload speed is showing as 110 Mbps.
I'm sorry this took so long to fix. Have you noticed an improvement at your end?

Absolutely no problem at all and thank you so much for sticking with it, I have indeed noticed the restrictions have been lifted and had noted earlier this evening the upload had shot up to 110. For some reason however, whatever changed on the SH2 knocked off the 4G backup router, it was showing up on the SH2 as an LTEModem-1720 with an IP address but the red light was flashing (hard wired) eventually after 3 or so factory restarts (power cycles did nothing) on the 4G unit it started to talk again which SH2 then recognised. (I guess flushing out the last of the gremlins)
