Hello, my family activated Full Fibre services on 1 Nov and claimed the GBP 90 BT reward card. An email received said that it will update us when it's on its way, but there is still no any further notification in this moment. Could anyone provide some help or advice what we should do? Hi, @chim2020 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the reward card will only be issued once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed so I would expect it to be on its way to you today.
