Order placed for fibre 300 on the 16th October for home move to new build. Was supposed to be activated on November 11th. Obviously didn't happen, got some text about them needing the ONT serial number from the developer. I supplied this myself yet still no word on getting my services activated. All through the order process nothing showed there was a problem...
have you tried phoning the FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help find the problem
PON light is steady green. Port 1 light blinks every few seconds
