BT sport channels keep dropping out with IPC6023 error message. Every other channel and steaming service (i.e. Netflix, Nowt TV, Prime) works perfectly with no issues. Any ideas?
Not impressed with BT support and usual advice to reset router etc.
This is a very common fault with lots of different causes.
For testing purposes, if your Youview box is not connected to your Hub by Ethernet cable then do whatever you have to do to temporarily bring it within range of one.
Has it previously worked properly or never worked properly
