New to BT and having issues with my network. Since swapping to BT having difficulty using Chromecasts, office PC won't open certain websites, hardwired thru a couple network switches, but the laptop will open them fine. Various devices will struggle to get an internet connection once connected to wifi. I have various IP cameras connected via tp-link switches and power line extensions. Already had a replacement hub sent and made a little improvement but still having above issues. Any ideas please?
It sounds like Smart Setup is still switched on, it basically hijacks any connection attempt, you need to turn it off. See;- What is Smart Setup on the BT Hub? How can I turn it on and off? | BT Help
Make sure web protect is off as well
