Is there an outage? My service went down around 12.00 today. Can’t phone and unable to access service status because MyBT is not working.
I’ve used my mobile to report problem and BT Bot says there is a problem .
The LOS light is solid red and Pon light is Off on the ONT. Hub is showing Orange.
If the LOS (Loss of Signal) LED is solid red, your fibre has no signal or has become disconnected/damaged somewhere.
@licquorice Thanks. Just got off talking to BT and they’ve confirmed the problem and sending engineer tomorrow. Sending a mini hub as well.
