Hi everyone,
I just wanted to pick your brains as I've had good help from here before 🙂
Since about 2 days ago I'm seeing a large slowdown from mid afternoon to all evening in my speeds.
Had solid 66-68 Mbps speeds for years, and now get 30-40 Mbps in the morning and 6-8 Mbps at night.
I've reported it and had a new Hub sent, which arrived today, but has made no difference.
I have an engineer coming on 28th December, but the timed nature of the slowdowns make me think it's exchange congestion, is there any way of finding this out for sure ?
Thanks for any help.
Solved! Go to Solution.
If your connection (sync) speed remains constant but your download speed drops, there is a distinct possibility it is due to congestion.
Are you using Ethernet or wireless?
can you run btspeedtester with Ethernet connection and post results Can you run when download ok and again when poor

Hi @Ian
