Limited download speed - DLM?

When I had BT broadband installed my download speeds were above my minimum guarantee (100mbps). Then I had a period of the connection dropping out (which I think was due to my powerline adapters as I've switched to an ethernet cable and the problem has stopped), and after that my speed seems to be stuck at around 29mpbs. 

Reading around a bit my guess is that my download speeds being reduced to to line instability and DLM. How can I check if this is the case, and now I've sorted the instability issue, how can I get the speed back up again?

As long as your connection remains stable DLM will eventually relent and increase your speeds again.

Meanwhile can you post the connection stats from the hub. Advanced settings/technical log/information.

From your initial post I assume you are on G.FAST.  you speeds are no where near expected and explains the very high noise margin.  Do you have a dial tone on your landline?

If you have a dial tone and there is no line noise then report a fault
