My internet will lose connection for no apparent reason. It happens randomly nothing is changed.
I also get a message automatically appear in my browser ( very annoying) that says blocked access. - Sorry, but you're not allowed to access the Internet at the moment.
What is this **bleep** and how do I fix it. Is it even fixable? I am guessing not. I will never recommend bt to anyone because they are the worlds worst internet service provider.
hi @lagwagon25
Welcome to the community, sorry you are losing connection randomly like this.
Can you advise if you are connecting using an ethernet cable or wirelessly?
Thanks
Stuart
