Using Outlook my primary BTmail account has had this all day and I cannot reply to mail without it being immediately bounced back. I have other Outlook email addresses which work perfectly sending the same message.
Please note that I can forward mail quite successfully from my primary email
The message is a simple line of text sent and to only one recipient (have tried various). There are no links or attachments. There is no virus (Kaspersky) or malware. I have reset my router but no joy. I have run Microsoft Support and Recovery but it found no problems
Everything works fine when using BT webmail
I have been with BT broadband and used this email address with Outlook for >20 years and never had such a problem.
Any help would be appreciated!

Yes web mail is OK but outlook is not and i do not like web mail!

For the last couple of days I have also encountered the same issue when sending emails using Outlook.
Every email I send comes back as: 'Undeliverable - 550 spam, or phishing or malware. Please check or edit your message and try sending it again."
I can send emails using Web Mail OK.
Incoming email seems to be working fine both in Outlook and Web Mail.
I have not changed any Outlook settings recently and have rebooted my BT Smart Hub, but to no avail.
