I have this too. Works on webmail but I cannot send any ordinary emails or replies.
@SRDB Sorry about that, I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can send over your details and we'll raise a case with our email team to get that looked into.
Thanks
Neil
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium Email account?
I had this. The home hub's dynamic IP address was blacklisted; I was advised to reboot the hub - turn off then on - and all worked normally. Solved.
I hope that helps.
I am a broadband customer and I get my email through that account. I don't know if it is a premium account but I certainly pay a lot for it!
Thanks
I will give it a go.
I've had this issue this morning sending an email to one person and copying another. No attachments. Get this message:
550 spam, or phishing or malware. Please check or edit your message and try sending it again
I had this but rebooting the router seems to have solved the problem for me.
I am getting the same message as all the others on here. It has been happening for over a fortnight now and is totally disrupting my business. I have tried rebooting the Router, changing wording in email or attachment name but when I attach anything to an email it is rejected as UNDELIVERABLE with the 550 message added. Any emails sent which do not have attachments go through. The attachment is well within Outlook's limits. Any help would be appreciated please.
