disconnected all other extensions and speed even worse.

does anyone have the info on moving a master socket and cost.  i'd like to at least evaluate it.  thanks all for you help, back to the garage i go

Try local paper for telecom engineer (not electrician) as will be cheaper than openreach and probably ex openreach anyway
