Hi recently had trouble with my ADSL broadband and lost the internet but being a Halo customer brought out the little 4g mini hub turned it on and nothing . I have a good 4g EE/BT signal , signal strength light on Wifi light on battery light on no SMS light . I had reported the loss of broadband and test's confirmed - but no one could help getting the Mini hub to work . Any suggestions ? cheers

If the SMS light is off there is a good chance that we haven't reactivated the mini hub. After reporting your fault, we should have activated it again. This will appear on your account as a recent order. Can you log into your MyBT through this link https://www.bt.com/ordertracking and see if there have been any recent orders?
