Moving houses and found out it doesn't have fibre

Whilst not absolutely impossible, it is extremely improbable that the houses either side of you are fed from a different cabinet.It is far more likely to be a records error.

I've gone and contacted Openreach to see what is going on.

They came back an hour or so ago saying that they will investigate and will need the help of their lineloss team.

Which exchange are you on, you have deleted it from the screenshot? I assumed Mildenhall from the message in yellow, but it would appear that that message appears regardless of location.

In that case, I very much suspect it is a database error and you will be connected to cab80 with good speeds.

Yup! It was that.
Openreach said they will contact me back latest yesterday but no luck there. However, after checking their site, it is now showing much better connectivity.
