Created a login on My BT
Now trying to add my BT account to MyBT
Getting instruction
"Confirm your identity
For your security, we need to send you a PIN.
Please choose how you'd like to receive the PIN."
But there's no options to choose. And can't progress. Nice one BT. Phone and email are populated in my profile. Any suggestions?
Hi @rlyall welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems setting up your MyBT account. Please can you make sure any pop-up blockers are off, clear your cookies and cache, and if that doesn't work try an alternative browser? Post back and let me know how you get on.

no joy I'm afraid - all browsers are behaving the same way, and all allow pop-ups.
Question... is the web service looking for an email address/mobile nr on the MyBT profile, or on the BT account? If it's the latter, then it's unlikely the BT account itself has either of those details (yet). Please advise.

are you using a mobile? if so is it set to desktop view which may help
