My BT

Hi,

My BT will not let me login, after entering username & password then entering 2PA passcode it returns me to thw Username and Password page.

Occasionally it will open the My Email page which I do not want.

Hi @John371, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Sorry that you're having trouble accessing your MyBT.

When was the last time you recall accessing your MyBT?
Are you sure you are using the BTID with the Account Holder status?

I’am the account holder and as the username and password works with the email, it’s correct.

Hi @John371, thanks for posting back.

I was checking that the BTID you are using to try and access the MyBT has the account holder status claimed on it. You can have more than 1 BTID for an account.
Also, do you remember when you were last able to access your MyBT?
