Hi All,
I know this is not standard practice but if possible can one of the openreach guys on here do a DLM reset for me. Think ive got a stuck profile. Switched from ADSL to FTTC 2 weeks ago.
Thanks

enter your phone number and post results remember to delete number https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL
Someone may then be able to offer help/assistance/suggestions to your problem

You are not authenticating to a BT Retail server, so are you a BT Business user?
@samtheaspie welcome back to the community and thanks for posting. Those router stats look fine and there is no scope for improvement.
The PRODUCTIONHQNUN*******@fs. username is used to authenticate EE customers to their broadband service. If you have BT broadband it should be bthomehub@btinternet.com
I'm not sure how that is working on a BT consumer connection if it has the wrong username.
Thanks
Neil
No idea i just plugged it in and it worked. But look its obvious what i want wont be done so dont worry all.
