Need help

Hello, 

I'm new to BT  and ordered the Broadband only package. The activation date was today. I received both text message and email saying it’s ready to go, but my hub is flashing purple. It’s all connected correctly but I’m not sure what’s happening. Can anyone help?

It can take up to midnight on activation date for you to get a connection.

If nothing tomorrow then phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile

Good morning,
No not working still. Rung BT and went through all the ways to get it working but nothing worked so have to have a engineer come out on Monday.

I am sorry for the delay connecting your broadband.  It sounds like a network fault.  Please keep us posted with how the engineer visit goes on Monday.  We can pick up from here if you need further help however the engineer should get you sorted.

Hello again,

I said I would keep you updated. Openreach come out and connected me up. It was to do with the outside wire needing to be reconnected (something along them lines) anyway I’m now up and running but I have noticed that my hub has now started to  flash orange then turn blue again. It’s done it twice now,  Not sure why that is happening.
