I need to factory reset my BT Smart Home Hub 2, as I am having so many problems with the internet, find that the internet is slow, cannot get connected internet runs slow.
Can someone tell me how I factory reset my BT Smart home hub 2.
any help would be appreciated

press the recessed button on back and hold 20/30 secs until hub lights flash
remember turn off smart setup when reboots
For subscribers on VDSL the latest firmware issued on a BT Smart Hub 2 was causing problems, So through this forum we managed to get
Firmware version:
v0.26.04.04227-BT
which works well for most people.

to date no updated firmware has been received so BT must still be working on the problem
