Recently moved into a new home which has been unoccupied for 18 months. Have got BT Broadband up and running but was hoping to upgrade to fibre but was told that I could not get it at this property. As far as I know all my neighbours can get fibre but we cannot because the records for the house are not up to date.
Does anyone know the process for Openreach to update their records?

What do you mean by recently? The Openreach database is normally updated on a Friday. Depending on when you went live you may miss a Friday.
Moved in on the Monday and the BT Engineer came out Friday the same week. I will leave it for a few weeks in that case.

You should be OK to check next Friday, I'd leave it until after 3.00 in the afternoon.
