New address

I have recently moved address and am looking to sign up with BT again. My new address is 54 Killigrew Street, if i type this address in to check what broadband is available then it says i can get standard broadband, but if i type in 54A Killigrew Street (which is the address of the part i am living in) it says that fibre broadband is available.

I am just wondering which is available to the house, it is on three levels but is being turned into one house eventually so the address should all be 54 Killigrew Street.

Thank you, I got my question answered on twitter thankfully. I will be able to get fibre to the place I'm living. Thank you for the help though.
