No Service on mobile

Hello

 

Both my wife and I have mobiles with BT sims. For the last 24 hours both mobiles are showing "No Service" whilst at home. I have been on the EE Coverage  & Netwrok status website which shows no known issues in our area. I have recently returned from work 5 miles away where I had a strong signal. The EE website doesnt seem to let me log a fault as I am not an EE customer. The BT website just sends me round in circles when it comes to logging a coverage issue. Unless Im missing something?

@Jesper Are you with BT then? If so, log on to your MyBT and check whether there are any issues reported. The fact that you are both inoperative might suggest you have Family SIMs although that shouldn't be a factor.

Hi @Jesper I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your BT Mobile reception, if it's affecting both mobiles it does sound like a network problem. I'd recommend giving the mobile faults team a call on 0800 800 150 and they'll be able to get that reported for you.
